Bobby believes we all have value. That is why he devotes himself to achieving justice for his clients by using the court system to reinstate dignity, or inherent human value, when they are ruined by the wrongdoing of others. For Bobby, justice is the story of dignity restored. Before becoming a national figure by standing up for the powerless, Bobby worked in the court system and witnessed how it often failed to deliver justice to ordinary people. Bobby is singularly focused on telling the story of his clients as human beings – beloved and unique – and the good that is destroyed when their rights or their lives are ruined by governments and corporations. His mission transcends the courtroom because it involves celebrating the life of a client and, by extension, reinforcing and setting to rights the dignity, or inherent human value, of every client he represents
What is Bobby's work approach?
Bobby’s approach to pursuing justice moves through several phases. First, he is an investigator who is driven to uncover what happens when powerful entities – whether it’s an individual, a corporation, a government, or law enforcement officer – act in terrible ways that ruin or kill those who have little or no power. Second, after the investigation ends, he brings facts into the courtroom and educates the jury about what actually happened and why justice is necessary. Finally, he relies on the jury to hold wrongdoers accountable and restore the dignity of the individuals and families whose lives have been ruined.
How do I book Bobby to speak at my organization?
The sooner you reach out, the more likely Bobby can plan to be there. Because of the investigations, depositions, courtroom appearances, and client support that happen every week, it can be difficult to book Bobby for speaking engagements. However, he is committed to sharing his insights as a trial lawyer, civil rights advocate, courtroom commentator, and thought leader regarding juror decision making. He is often asked to share his ideas about the problems in – and solutions for – the American justice system, particularly when like-minded organizations call on his support at conferences, seminars, media programs, and key meetings. We encourage you to fill out this request form with details about your upcoming event, or write to bobby@bobbydicello.com and we will reply promptly.
Can I contact you about my case?
Yes. You certainly can. Outrageous occurrences of injustice often find their way immediately into the national media and onto Bobby’s radar. But, just as frequently, it falls to family members, clergy, or community members to step up and share stories that prompt Bobby and his team to investigate and take action. If you are aware of a horrible situation in which someone was ruined or killed, and you fear justice will not be served without a skillful investigation and a strong voice in the matter, please send a brief summary of your story and contact details to bobby@bobbydicello.com and we will reply promptly.
Can I speak with Bobby if I think I have a legal problem?
Yes, but first there are others who you need to talk to. Bobby’s involvement with clients, families, and courtroom activities is intense and continuous. So, he relies on members of his team to talk with people who believe their stories of injustice demand to be told. Following these initial conversations, you might be asked to join a call with Bobby himself so he can learn more about you and the situation you describe. To start the process, please send a brief summary your story and contact details to bobby@bobbydicello.com and we will reply promptly.
