Justice for Victims of Sexual Assault at Cedar Point

Bobby DiCello represents multiple women who were victims of sexual assault while employed at the 150+ year-old amusement park Cedar Point and residing in the employee dormitories.

Numerous women experienced threats and physical attacks while living on the park’s premises; when they reported this conduct to supervisors and management, they were consistently ignored and even suffered retaliation.

Bobby has settled three lawsuits with Cedar Fair, the parent company of Cedar Point, resulting in compensation for some of the women harmed by the park’s toxic workplace culture.

“These women were powerless to show up for themselves, and their supporting supervisors didn’t help them,” Bobby said. “They are now looking forward to rebuilding their lives and having a bright future. Their courage in the face of what happened to them is remarkable.”

Bobby also represents a fourth woman in a civil lawsuit filed in Erie County, which accuses the park of negligence for ignoring her reports of harassment and then terminating her because she complained to Human Resources.
